The Best Tropical Cruises

July 25, 2019

If you’re a fan of tropical climate and been to the Caribbean already, you will be happy there are a lot of places like this on Earth. After all the tropical parts of the world include many countries in Asia, the Middle East and, of course, Australia as well. Depending on what you’re looking for, you can go in any direction you want to find your perfect tropical heaven.

Not to mention that most of these places are very different, so you can spend your entire lifestyle exploring them and you will probably never get enough. All tropical parts are very warm throughout the year, especially during the summer. There, you can find rainforests and volcanos and also a wide variety of flora and fauna.

If you were thinking about your next vacation, why don’t you book your tropical cruise? If beaches are not your style, you can go to the Amazon where you can enjoy the jungle and see what it’s like to live inside the largest rainforest in the world. With an Amazon River cruise, you will go deep inside the jungle and learn about its wild nature from a different perspective.

Mexico

As we all first think of the Caribbean when we hear the word ‘tropical’, we tend to ignore all these breathtaking places that have the same climate and many other similarities. One of them is actually pretty close to the Caribbean Sea – Mexico. Turquoise water, white sand beaches, hundreds and hundreds of cocktails, palm trees, etc. If that’s not enough, keep in mind that Mexico was home to Mayan people who have left one of the most inspiring footprints in the world.

Mexico is also rich in culture and art, so it’s impossible not to find something for yourself. From delicious food such as tortillas and empanadas to one of the most famous drinks in the world – tequila. The great thing about choosing Mexico as your cruise destination is that it’s close to other beautiful countries, whether it’s in the Caribbean Sea or not i.e. Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Colombia.

Central America

If you’re more interested to explore the destinations southern from Mexico, a few of them mentioned above, how about visiting the famous Panama Canal and countries in Central America? All of them have so much to offer when it comes to the gastro scene, nightlife, classic touristic activities, wildlife, stunning views, etc.

Let’s not forget that some of the most beautiful beaches in the world are located in Central America. Near the Panama Canal, you will find so many beaches that it would be difficult to see all of them on your cruise. The good news is there are truly hundreds of different packages when it comes to the Caribbean cruise so you can choose a longer one where you will see more of these beautiful places and, of course, beaches.

Southeast Asia

On the other side of the world, there is also a lot of tropical heavenly places waiting for you. You could jump on your cruise in China, where most of the largest ships are positioned, and then start exploring Southeast Asia. Countries that have the tropical climate are Myanmar, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia, and whichever of them you visit, you will be mesmerized by it.

Some of these cruises are exploring the tropical islands of Southeast Asia, such as the Philippines, and other companies will even take you on a river cruise, such as the popular Mekong River. What you will love about Southeast Asia, when compared to the Caribbean and Central America, is that the prices are way more affordable here. Also, various Asian dishes are something you simply cannot miss when you go on your cruise!

Middle East

Let’s be honest, the Middle East wouldn’t be the first region that comes to mind when talking about tropical destinations. However, famous places such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat and Bahrain will provide you with the exquisite experience that can only be found in the tropics. Companies that organize cruises in that part of the world ensured the complete diversity of their offer, so you can find anything from great shopping to amazing beaches and exciting nightlife.

The most popular destination in the Middle East is, of course, Dubai, but this region has truly a lot to offer when it comes to nature, from enormous deserts to boat rides inside the caves. When booking a boat cruise to the Middle East, make sure you go when then temperatures are not the highest possible, as it’s usually above 40 degrees Celsius during the summer months.

Final Thoughts

Wherever you decide to go on your boat cruise, you will definitely not regret it. There is a perfectly good reason why we all consider tropics heaven on Earth. You just have to choose a destination and start packing your things!
